For a lesbian Dem, she actually hasn't been that bad. The alternative was worse and she didn't back down from the teachers union.

She’s just pissed they didn’t kiss the ring like candidates would have with either Dailey or Rahm.
Then again, all three of those had far more stroke than she does.
Having the job doesn’t mean you get respect. Doing the job which, in the case of Chicago means successfully bringing out the dead to vote Dem, is what gets you respect.
