Yes, I agree that the left hates Trump more than the right hates Obama.
But let's get into actual objective numbers.
How many times do you think the Dems in Congress, as a minority party, attempt bills of impeachment in the next four years?
I predict that the NYT will demand such bills at least 5 times. But that's an easy call. How much hate do the Dems in Congress have?
Yes, I agree that the left hates Trump more than the right hates Obama.

You all mistake our anger and hatred of Trump as whining and immaturity. We will put into place actions like protests, lobbying, voting, campaign work, boycotts, and other constitutional measures to resist Trump. You all saw the protests after Trump the election. That will be a continuing feature off and on the next four years.
It's not just being cry babies and having meltdowns. You don't get that the Left will be doing things. We've tried recounts, we've had protests and more is to come. You just don't get it. A lot of people on the Left feel that their lives, safety, and livelihood is threatened by Trump and your Trumpkins.
You can laugh at our melts, but the melts are based on what we feel will happen and what is happening to our country. It's not melts and tantrums. You think the Left should just shut and accept his victory. Well we don't have to.
The Left actually has fears and those fears will result in actions. We don't have the sense of security that many of you feel you have due to your wealth, race/ethnicity, religion, and status. We actually fear for our physical and economic safety.

I don't predict any bills of impeachment from the Dems in congress in that they will not have control of the House after 2018 to do any of that.
The Dems don't have as much hate since they think as career politicians and just want to keep their seats. But the Left will start to force action. Don't be surprised if mainstream Democrats lose in primaries in 2018 to challengers from the Left.
