Been several years ago... Black man took hostages in a local retail store, he raped two women, shot another in the leg (female manager holding office door shut with patrons inside)…
Situation ends when the man is trying to leave with his hostages... Police sniper is greenlighted, suspect turns about the time the trigger is pulled... suspect and one of the female hostages is killed (through suspect into female)…
Suspects family goes nuts about police brutality and all that suing stuff... Even though the suspect had been thrown out of his parents house multiple times and they never gave a crap about him until they though they could score some money out of the situation... Then it was "payday"... This was probably 94 or 95...

I disagree. Every mother should worry about her son getting shot while resisting arrest so much that they teach them not to resist arrest.
