most states are 16 for consent. Not defending it but this is often missed and also used to play a narrative when “underage” is used. Most of the girls were underage and recruited other underage women, nobody is denying that. It’s also why most of this case is fricked because Epstein and Maxwell knew that. Just like regardless of consent it doesn’t matter because other laws were broken by trafficking, this also doesn’t mean that the girls didn’t willingly participate.

Oh Noz... the Epstein bros are melting because of that fact that not all Epstien's stated "victims" were actually victims. Being an adult woman who knowingly travels to Epstein Island or wherever, to knowingly ummm... "entertain"... a bunch of rich older dudes (which they knew included sex), being lavished in luxury for several days at a time, and compensated handsomely for their time, doesn't make them "victims." It makes them literal whores.

Correct. Until there is evidence showing otherwise they were willing to participate, even further proof shows in the settlements. Now I will say boar has a point that zorro ranch may end up turning new evidence but at this point talking about the island we have no such evidence. And before someone says we don’t have the files, every congressional member has had full unredacted access to every file the DOJ has regardless of release or not.
