And do what with them? Imprison them for life? Force a change in their mindset and behavior and turn them into Rev Guards? Because if wholesale extermination is the answer, then wouldn’t that leave Iran a little short in the military personnel department?

I.e. what would the IRGC do with the regulars, in order to disassemble and “defang” them?? Kill them? Imprison them? Somehow assimilate them into the Guard??

When I was pulling together some data for another one of HHTM's retarded posts last night (they are a regular thing) I realized that the United States has given Israel 300 billion dollars in foreign aid since WW2. That's a lot of money. Nearly twice as much as any other country in the world in the same timeframe.

Now, fast forward to today and you have Donald Trump telling the Iranians, "we have given your arch nemesis 300 billion dollars since WW2. If you people will just knock the crazy shite off and play nice, we will see to it that you receive an equal amount of money as to what we have given them, except you will get it all very quickly." And they wouldn't frickin do it.

Meanwhile, we continue to bomb their country into oblivion, beginning to hit infrastructure now, and turning the IRGC against itself by letting them know that we are negotiating with elements inside their absolutely splintered and destroyed command structure.

It's only a matter of time. The IRGC is already turning on itself, their central command structure has long since collapsed, and the citizens/Artesh are eventually going to say, "that's enough of these goat fricking retards. We have to make a deal."

JMO, but it seems pretty clear to me that we are going to see military mutiny within Iran.

Oh I think we might be on the same wavelength there then, I myself have no doubt that the hardline, heavy handed Islamist leadership in Iran has snuffed out any such revolutionary sass from anyone who could ever be of any real threat to the regime. In fact they probably have a pretty sensitive trigger finger in that regard, and even a rumor of such probably gets you disappeared swiftly. Particularly since this whole thing began. I’m sure they’ve done some highly paranoia-driven purges in this time. And before. Scary place, scary people, IMO.

IMO, this old need major effort from the CIA, and Trumps is currently having to deal with weeding out all the bad portions of the CIA, the ones that are true to the Deep State, not Patriots. Until this happens, we can’t simply topple them from within.
