It wasnt just post partum depression that factored into her mental state. From Sept of 22 to Jan of 23 she was prescribed 10 different psychiatric medications by 4 or 5 different physicians that were not communicating with each other.
Zoloft, Ativan, Buspar, Trazadone, Ambien, Remeron, Klonopin, Lamital, Seroquel, Prozac
I cant say what her mental state was when she killed her children but fricking with your brain chemistry that much , starting and stopping all those medications over a short time span could absolutely induce a psychotic state.
