That doesn't appear to be the intent of the proposed rule. The intent was to use the ez check system itself for verification instead of a copy of the FFL license. This has zero impact on my ability to purchase firearms on gunbroker or directly through my ffl

Not unless you are an FFL, this is simply gun-control loons grasping at straws. Eventually this rule will get updated, no reason fo FFL's to wait for a physical copy of a license when the electronic verification is available.
