A measly $1.375 billion for wall funding with restrictions on design, limited to the Rio Grande Valley area and Environmental restrictions within that area. Meanwhile, $13.1 billion is allotted to foreign spending :

US government: More concerned about foreign countries than its own citizens, and plots to remove an elected President because he fired James Comey

That is where the construction was designed to be in the Secure Fence Act of 2006 and the 2007 Amendments.
From the 2006 Act there is around 50 miles of fence left in the Rio Grande Valley to be completed. That means he isn’t really getting any money towards is own fence/wall.
For Trump it is garbage.
For the Dems it is a win.
Hot Garbage.

This is where Trump sends out a steady stream of tweets with individual bullshite programs that Dems are funding.

The RGV restrictions are not that big of a deal by themselves. Other funds can be used as necessary. And there are sections of the Rio Grande that are not suitable for 30 foot walls.
The rest of the points are a big frick you to Trump and America.
Limit ICE, expand refugee camps and benefits, give billions to not Americans.
I assume this bill will be amended before a signature. If not, shut the mother fricker down.

Richard Shelby should shoot himself in the head. Utterly worthless.

Who cares? He "found" 23 billion and the wall is being built! Maga

Trump should tell them that he is willing to negotiate and that although he is not happy with it, he will take the border funding offered. But, only on the condition that the $13.1 billion allotted to foreign spending is taken out.

What about Roy Blunt? He is the Chair of the Senate Rules Committee. He took over the chair from Shelby last year.
Before Blunt was in the Senate he was the House Minority whip for 6 years and House Majority Whip for 5 years.
He is an example of why a person should not be married to and the father of 3 lobbyist.

Anyone still saying Trump should sign this?
Posted on 2/14/19 at 1:11 pm to Redleg Guy
No. They can't cut the border $$ and then go and add $$ for foreign aide and say they are negotiating amicably and equitably.
