You know it's impossible to tell if this 'appearance' is real from a phone recording a tv, right? If the phone was recording at a different frame rate than the camera recording the debate, plus the encoding variable, then it could be an illusion. The only way we could know is look at the original raw footage.

If it truly is real it will be in the reflection as it is on the glass side of Pence. That should not require original video.
