The book that is carried in all public libraries around the US.
Who are these professors exactly, what is their background/field of research and are they Mormon?
I do believe it was written by a nearly-illiterate man, it sure reads like it. Given his liking for drink, he was probably drunk as well when he wrote most of it.
How come this 'ancient history' was not known or documented by anyone else at any other time in history? And where is the archeological and documentary evidence for this stuff, can it be that NOBODY, and I mean NOBODY else can corroborate this information?!?!

AI Overview
A Christian is a follower of Christianity, an Abrahamic monotheistic religion centered on the life, teachings, and resurrection of Jesus Christ
Mormons are polytheistic and believe they themselves can become gods.

At some point this becomes a political issue. I'm not surprised they found themselves on the list.

Same kind of argument is used for all the major religions particularly Islam
The koran is nothing like a history book it's supposedly about "spiritual and moral guidance" and it wasn't written in 28 days by one person who had very little education.
AI Overview
The Quran was not written in a matter of days. Muslims believe it was orally revealed to the Prophet Muhammad incrementally over a period of approximately 23 years, beginning in 610 CE and concluding in 632 CE, the year of his death.

But he was #deafdumbandblind.
Im joking, but he was illiterate....but then somehow wrote something all Muslims believe is the most beautiful poetry in the world? Make it make sense

quote:Those were definitive creeds regarding who God is from the Scriptures. If you don’t worship the God of the Bible, I don’t see how you can call yourself a Christian. It’s the same sort of thing as to when people say Muslims worship the same God. You can’t deny fundamental truths about the identity of God and then claim to worship the same being.quote:I don’t see why not.
If you can’t agree with the Nicene or Athanatian creeds, you aren’t Christian.

Beck called and whined about this to Trump too.

I just giggle at the dozens of subsects in Christianity. They can’t make up their mind what they wanna believe.

Mormons believe in:
The Atonement
The Resurrection
The Holy Trinity
A lot of people don’t actually know that and that surprised me.
You don’t have to call them Christians if you don’t want to. But yes, they believe those things.

Mormons believe in Christ. But they don’t believe Christ is God. They believe they are two separate deities and the Holy Spirit is someone named Nephi and is totally separate from God and Jesus.

They just simply believe they’re separate entities. They take the fact that Christ prayed to God literally. They believe that all three together form the godhead.
I believe it’s similar to Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Like I said, you don’t have to classify them as Christians if you don’t want to. But they believe in:
The Atonement
The Resurrection
The Holy Trinity
Those are facts.

Want to say Christian scientists are Christians?
Or that Scientology is full of Christians?
