perhaps the problem here is that you just can't understand.

Nice list.
Can anyone break that list down by individual crime? It would be important to know
Which ones molested children?
Which one drained children’s adrenochrome?
Which ones killed and ate children?
Which ones did all of the above?

This.
And what specific evidence directly? Implicates these acts?
I'll hang up and wait.

I'm certain that the media is working furiously on a multiple choice question set:
A. molested kids
B. collected andechrome from kids
C. killed kids
D. A and C
E. B and C
F. A, B and C
G. just visited, consumed pizza, snorkeled

As has been proven, "the media" is largely irrelevant
The documents are public. The evidence should be clear.

The evidence shows Bill Clinton visited the island 27 times.
Bill Clinton claims that he never visited the island.
Without the media asking Clinton to clarify, this discrepancy remains unclear in spite of public documents. The above can't both be true.

Not anyone in the public. I'm sure there are people in the DOJ and FBI than can.

That's the problem with the current Epstein files. A lot of suggestions but no specific connection BUT a HUGE common theme. Hint: it's not the Russians.

Ahhh so we don’t know know, but we know?

More like we don’t know but we have solid reasons to believe.
Michael Vick, I would imagine, had plenty of hangers-on when he was fighting dogs. If someone made repeated visits to his home on the weekends when he would fight dogs I might not can prove in a court of law that the person was involved. That doesn’t mean I’m stupid enough to actually believe that they weren’t involved.
You can’t prove that Nancy Pelosi’s husband is using insider knowledge from DC. Do you still believe that he does despite the absence of a spreadsheet with all of his illegal information, sources and dates?

Is the woman 42, 26, 19, or 14?

If he were honest, then he would answer 'yes'.
Answering yes to your question is analogous to saying "in a criminal trial, the evidence, both gathered by the prosecution and by the defense, should be turned over to the jury for a final decision of guilt or innocence. No questioning of the evidence, no critical analysis of the evidence by either prosecuting attorney or defense attorney is required"
Funny how we don't do that. It would save a lot of money.

Nope.
That's specifically not what I said

It's my understanding that the two of them only met at a real estate showing when MJ was looking to buy a property that Epstein was selling in S FL.

The issue with this comparison is that we have a large amount of litigation and evidence from those litigations to analyze the Epstein matter and your example doesn't really have any.
To make the Vick comparison you'd need to make your assumptions AFTER 2 criminal prosecutions and dozens of civil suits, all with testimony given.

I actually agree with most of your arguments in this thread, but the media is never irrelevant.
Irrelevant to what actually happened and what can be proven, sure. Irrelevant to public opinion, never.

That is the exclusive context of the comment
He's just hyper focused on detailing the thread to have a discussion about "the media"
