His response is why the Democrats will be SLEEPLESS tonight!

"Let it be said there are ALL MANNERS of AUTHORITIES to be able to keep this administration’s policy agenda moving forward that includes REDUCING THE SIZE AND SCOPE of federal government."

"We will be looking for opportunity to do that."

The Democrats are not in a position to shut down the government.

The Republicans could pass this CR today.

Ignorance is not an excuse. Must have 60 in the senate for it to pass. Pubs have the votes in the house. They do not in the senate. Wanna guess why?

Republicans could change that rule today. Just like they did a couple of weeks ago to get the confirmations through the senate.

Why pass yet another fricking CR?

The democrats are using the 60 vote requirement in the Senate to stop a real budget?

This is all on democrats and their horseshite demands for funding illegals. They can eat shite.

Why is only the R's that must give in to the D's?

The D's have driven us so far left by the R's caving and giving in that JFK would be a right wing conservative today.

But yeah, let's give in some more.

Change the rule. They just changed the rule on confirmations a couple of weeks ago to get nominations confirmed.

Nothing stopping them from doing that again

Someone does not understand how the senate rules work. The nuclear option is not available for the vote. Study up on the senate rules chief.

How would Republicans changing the rule to pass the bill they want be "giving in to the D's"?
