So you claim no training new guy
Less than Two seconds to decide shoot u in the face?
Experience is fungible!

Agree. To flee, not to run over the officer.

2. Agree or not, it’s irrelevant either way.

They were shouting conflicting instructions as they approached the vehicle. Not before.
Don’t say wrong when you have already admitted you didn’t know about their orders:
Before they got out, their order was to leave. She escalated by refusing
Once they got out of the car, the order was to get out of the car. She escalated by refusing.
These instructions were clear and easy to understand.

No I am saying she needed that acceleration some were babbling about.
Now if your arse was in front of my Silverado I wouldn't need it.

By not leaving when they first told her to.

How stupid is this point? That's like saying: "your goal is to punch someone, so your first move is to cock your fist back?"

When that video first shows her through the windshield, she is looking out the driver-side window. We then see her turning both her head and the steering wheel to her right (camera left). We never see her look back in the direction of the agent, as I recall.
Video from agents perspective
From 1:34-1:36 she is looking at him before she hits him. 2 solid seconds she’s looking right at him. She backs up while looking at him and then accelerates forward all while staring him down.
This is undeniable and undebatable.
Care to amend your position?
