It’s a great film and almost never got to the screen. We (a film company I’m on the board of) we’re working on that for over two years after it was completed. First time I saw it (final edit) was in a hotel room in Houston I had seen cuts of it but not the final product until then. I was so moved.

I went to college with Calles’ grandson. Absolutely loaded. Cool dude at the time. The trips to Mexico were fun.

Exactly. Because when you're utopia is just a few votes away you're willing to do anything, even kill, to obtain it.
The truth is utopia will never exist no matter what. Ever. Human nature will never allow it to exist because greed is far too strong for anyone to resist it, even the most educated and "enlightened" among us.
