There needs to be a crisis in our relationship. They’re communists that want to enjoy the fruits of our capitalist society. Why have we been giving these fools a pass for this long?

OMG dude. I ready the WSJ everyday. The top article is always a story about how dangerous the trade war is and how its gonna destroy the US economy.

The article underneath it is always about how incredibly strong Trump's economy is and how its got room to run.

While the WSJ is conservative, its a beholden to globalist principles as its very name would suggest. So its interesting to watch them walk the tight rope of praising Trump while bashing him.

Anyways, anyone with a brain who is willing to look at the facts can clearly see that China cheats and needs to be put in their place. We are the only ones that can do it. So here we are.

Maybe instead of spending all your time bashing the President and US policy, you should start an organization dedicated to making China play by the rules.

The trade war, tariffs and the subsequent relationship with China is the MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE of 2018.

Not Kavenaugh, not Stormy, not Pocahontas, not Hillary, not even the mid terms. We have hundreds of post on those subjects but if you want to be entune to the real issues pay attention to this trade war. Inside that is the possibility of war, the possibility of economic slow down, the increase cost to consumer and much more. It is more complex than most of you realize.

It is incredibly naive to think the US can quit having a relationship with China.

I'll read that if you read this: How China Systemically Pries Technology From US Companies - WSJ

And then tell me why we are supposed to do nothing and just take it like a bitch.

War!!!!!!!

Go bite a pillow IB that is pure unabridged hysterics and you should be ashamed man I mean really.

Of course its complex. Can you quote one person who said US China relations are simple? No? More insults from you calling people here not very deep shall we say?
And people here are paying attention IB despite what ever it is you think. Your one of the few posters that I would really like to know who you really are and who you really work for

Who wants to quit having a relationship with China? Trump is asking for the relationship to be balanced. It is not a hard concept to grasp.

A solution does not have to hit the US consumer. The US offers a lot of services that the common Chinese citizen would like to access. (Insurance, banking, investment, health care, medicine, etc.)

China is blocking a lot of things that would create a natural balance in trade. Allowing less restricted access to Chinese consumers would be good for trade, good for the US, and good for the Chinese.
