I've only driven there while I lived up there, but yes a 15 minute walk after taking your life into your own hands is a bit of an inconvenience.
Inevitably it doesn't matter to me. I'll never set foot in Chicago again. ...or Indiana.

I think you're correct.
But I haven't been to a Bears or NFL game in 8 years and the last time I was at Soldier Field was in June of 2019 for Stones concert.
