You're just hanging out in the wrong parts of California. Maybe if you just stuck to where the rich people live, you wouldn't have to worry about the tent cities. And if you can't afford a personal assistant to run your errands, why are you living in California anyway?

I was in Cali recently
Lots of trash and homeless camps
and 18 FULL lanes on the 405
Plenty of folks still there

I could move to LA, and do well. It does have its appeal. Within a couple of hours you can be in desert, temperate forests, mountains, or the beach. It is always 75 degrees and sunny. There is next to no humidity.
The problem is you'd have to live around a bunch of smug hippies trying to out virtue signal one another while going on and on about how great their fastfood hamburgers and abortion clinics are. I'm sorry, but in-n-out kind of sucks.

Not to mention they'd tax the living crap out of you and self defense in southern California is frowned upon.
