One can currently obtain an absentee ballot by request if they’re to terrified of catching cold alone in the ballot box which has been sanitized just before entry. That ballot is transmitted by mail only if a registered voter requests it.

It’s mailing the ballots to randoms with no guarantee that all registered voters receive them, and no guarantees that they are received by actual registered voters that is a situation that cannot be secured. Any results based on this would be contested.

The fate of the rnc convention hasnt been sealed, but what does that have to do with the price of tea in china? November is months away and avenues for absentee voting already exist.

Do you think the dems should cancel their convention too since its far too dangerous to vote? After all, Milwaukee expects packed hotels. Maybe they havent because Wisconsin already hosted an in-person primary in early April and things went swimmingly. Or maybe they are completely full of shite about mail in voting.

Why do we need open postal voting, which has been wrought with fraud everywhere it's been attempted (See UK, Germany, Spain, or New Jersey for a more homey flavor) when we already have an absentee ballot process? You can vote by mail if you like. No need to mail out ballots to dead people.
