Starting Jan. 1, Californians’ lives will be governed by hundreds of new laws including new controls on concealed weapons, unprecedented state protections for those in the U.S. illegally, an increase in the minimum wage, legal sales of recreational marijuana and even a new state dinosaur.

Local law enforcement officials across California have new, strict limits on how much they can help federal immigration authorities — a law that pushes back against President Trump’s policies on illegal immigration.

How the hell can you be neither? You liberals are mentally ill.

Also, I look forward to the impending court battles between the fed and California on federal immigration laws.

We should let California secede and ship all of our libs there before we do. Make America Normal Again!

What’s enough money to not stop someone from refinancing and only being a minor annoyance?

The only thing I agree with is not denying lunch to a kid whose parent hasn't paid.

One consolation is that most Californians are not as whacked out as their elected representatives

So I can face civil penalties for threatening to report? Does this mean that there are no such civil penalties if I just report them without threatening to do it?

more like money to spent on some super sweet cushy position in the state government to "manage" all this

they sure like to spend a frick ton of money, especially on shite that has an ROI of $0.00. Just how broke is CA?

California is over $400 billion in debt. Hopefully they feel REALLY GOOD about themselves, because the drain on resources all of those damn illegals will put on them is going to butcher that state.

California has never enforced immigration laws and has a pretty damn good economic reason.

Feds don't even bother.

We should encourage California to secede. Then we should send the navy to blockade the California coast. We should move the 4th army heavy mechanized division to the Mexican border to cut any reinforcements from Mexico from getting in and from anyone getting out.
We should land marines on the beaches and land paratroopers in the northern mountains. We can then napalm the dry southern and central mountains. Using incendiary bombs, we start a fire line in the east when a strong westerly wind is blowing. This will push the motherfrickers west to the sea where the marines and navy can launch flanking maneuvers until we can bottle them up and use fragmentary bombs to completely destroy them. I’m thinking Falaise gap type encirclement. Once we bring them to their knees, killing about half of them, we can then go in and round up all the communist politicians and hang them. We can march every single illegal back across the southern border. We can install a military government in the protectorate of former state of California and start from scratch.
While this is happening, we go into each city and detain all progressive politicians and troublemakers and charge them with aiding the enemy during a time of war.
These people are not Americans. They are communist insurgents among us. Take them out now before one of these communist sets off a nuke in an American city.
That’s what I would like to see. They set the precedence for this in 1861. This is not new. It’s been done before to the south during the first civil war. It’s their turn.
