He made a silly statement early in the thread because of the tism that makes him want to argue with a brick law.
He must've caught his mistake, shifted the goal posts, and is now using the "Ackchyually" script.

I didn't know that. But you still have not answered my question. Why should a court in this country consider a ruling from a Supreme Court in Pakistan - a Justice System governed by Sharia Law?
But I'm curious? Are you muslim? If not are you democrat, independent.....Republican? Please be honest.

The TXSC did not reject the divorce in Pakistan because of it being done in sharia law, and had he given her proper notice, I imagine they would have accepted the divorce in TX.

I've litigated judgments being invalidated for similar notice reasons. In America. Nothing to do with sharia law.
