Just voted today, raining, miserable weather and still was in line for 45 minutes to cast my vote.

Voted straight ticket for the republicans. No votes for any demoncrat even if unopposed.

Talked to one guy who said that the day before was worse and that the weather has thinned the turnout.

Don't know which way it is going but something has pissed people off to come out and vote.

Pflugerville, central Texas so you know my area.

I will vote Thursday but refuse to cast a straight-party ballot. Don't like Dan Patrick nor can I stomach Geo. P. Bush (Jeb's half-breed son), who is going to turn the Alamo into Disneyland.

I voted yesterday on the first day of early voting in LA. Decent crowd. Mostly old people. It took 5-10 minutes.

Voting for any Democrat this election is supporting someone who supports that party's politics and at present it sucks as bad as any politics I've seen in my 66 years. I hope you don't regret supporting that cause also.

The blue dog Democrats are long gone. They are the party of open borders, identity politics and socialism now.

if I knew the Democrat land commissioner candidate vs. Bush would stop the Alamo redevelopment into its "original state" (i.e. a boondoggle that will change everything and likely mean paying to visit the shrine), then I would proudly vote for the Jackass Party for the first time in my life.

Dan Patrick doesn't need my vote. He's a carpetbagger, anyway.

Edit: I looked up the Dem land commissioner's stance on the Alamo and I am not convinced his is the right course. LINK

So no Dem vote for me, but not pulling the lever for Bush or Patrick.

Smart Post, I too have some doubts about a few Republicans on the ticket. Those doubts do not outweigh the total disregard that demoncrats have shown to this country.

Until those people who control the once "Democratic" party are gone, never again will I vote for them. Libertarian is okay, never demoncrat.

And if my brother was a Democrat and needed my vote I wouldn't vote for him. What the Dem party has done, the Kav hearing being the worst, is unforgivable at this point. I want no part of them representing me.

I'm not going to fall into the trap of rewarding a mealy-mouthed, do-nothing Republican, just because of his party.

That has gone on far too long.

Wife went today, northern San Antonio. She said there was no line at all, walked in voted straight R ticket and left. Even had time to get my daughter a “future voter” sticker. If the left thinks the cities are hotbeds of Beto-mania, it sure wasn’t today.

We voted in Katy today a little after 10am. The wait was 45 minutes, which was down from yesterday’s wait of two hours. Poll worker told us they brought in more voting machines to cut down on the wait time. From what I’ve been told the other location in Katy hasn’t been as bad.

But you would vote for a Democrat instead just for that reason knowing what all these assholes and the media has been doing these last two years? Your choice but I don't get it.

No I do not. Pflugerville went from a 3 A high school when I played them in football in 84 to jumbo 5A within a few years. They had to break P-ville up because it grew so fast.

Hmm, do you also notice that the board has now been flooded with bomb threads and no more polls, voting reports?

Dem plan to change the news cycle that they are getting their arses kicked.
