Natural Disaster when Republican President is in office(Katrina, Puerto Rico Hurricane) = Federal government and president's fault
Natural Disaster when Democrat President is in office = State Government's fault(if Red State) - otherwise a "Great Coming Together We Will Overcome Moment (i.e. Sandy)

Texas kept their power grid separated so they didn’t have to abide by pesky federal regulations requiring things such as winterization.
So we’re blaming the feds for NOT stepping in, stomping on Texas’ right to maintain its own power grid? Really?
