He forgot to mention his wife’s boyfriend was having a date night with his wife at the Mexican restaurant

Went to my favorite establishment last night. Had a couple of cold brews with folks I hadn't seen in weeks. Meet new people (got her number). Damn it was great.

You realize media does this? Doing it on the other side is equally as bad. The truth is out there. We will never get it, though.
Careful baw!! Don’t forget the mortality rate is 5.1%

quote:it's also not only heat that has an effect. it's also sunlight. therefore, your comment about immunity was overstating the matter. weather will absolutely have an effect contrary to what you were saying. so you were wrong.
The same MIT study that proved heat would kill the virus warned that without widespread immunity, it would likely have no effect on transmission
quote:you can make all the eo's in the world but there is NOTHING in the 1st amendment that says it can be rescinded in times of viral outbreak. and it's like you don't even know that eo's have been constitutionally spurious for a long time. it's also like you don't even know that courts have already been ruling against eo's. the most recent was the va judge striking down the gov order to shut down the firing range. the eo's are already losing in court. so you were wrong. again
Sec. 418.012. EXECUTIVE ORDERS

The study was specifically about sunlight. And it wasn’t my comment, it was a quote of an MIT scientist.
The rest of your post is gibberish. The California cities that sought a restraining order to stop the governor from closing the beaches, lost.
The Houston mask-wearing lawsuit seeking a temporary restraining order, lost
I wouldn’t put too much stock in what the lower courts do. I’d pay more attention to the Circuit appellate courts and the Supreme Court.

quote:and yet another reason why your comment was wrong is the fact that antibody studies are showing a significant number of people have already been infected which affects transmission
The study was specifically about sunlight
quote:first, that doesn't negate the court cases where the eo's lost. you're just making my point for me. second, the cases like the ones you cite can be appealed and still lose.

quote:we're not talking about masks. we're talking about forced isolation in defiance of the 1st amendment.
The Houston mask-wearing lawsuit seeking a temporary restraining order
so you are still wrong. all the explanation in the world isn't going to help you. you're on the wrong side

I didn't know they opened yet!!! Good to know!

Katy Trail got shut down because the customers couldn't stay far enough apart for the cops likings

I went to dinner at one of my favorite Mexican restaurants, Mesero, in Shops at Legacy West last night. The Shops are still scary empty, but the restaurants are doing ok. Every few tables is closed, so social distancing is recognized.
We ate on the patio. My daughter had a birthday a few days ago and I bought a piece of tres leches cake and asked if they could put a candle on it. They came out and 3 of the waiters sang. The patio patrons all clapped and afterwards, a lady came and dropped some money on the table (when I saw what she was doing, I plead to her that it was not necessary). She told my daughter to use that to enjoy some toy or do some activity that she hasn't been able to do over the last 6 weeks.
People were happy. I had a blast just being out of my house and eating a meal with my family and seeing other people enjoying themselves.

I don’t care if this thing flairs up again. We aren’t closing - life is risk - if you die then it was your time. Americans have seen the cost isn’t worth shutting down.
