I live in a state where the governor is saying we can't open until we can test everyone, and then contact trace and quarantine quickly for every infection.

No idea where this is going to end because clearly that's not happening.

...and you can’t test only a small focused niche of the population and claim you know what the disease is doing in a group of 4.9 million. That’s not how THAT works. It is also not even how Trump is saying it should be done. Countries who have been able to contain the disease without shutting everything down have been doing their testing aggressively and proactively.
