Debunked = Anything the right says to call us out on our blatant double standards, lies, ignorance, and hypocrisy.

They love manipulating language to try to change the way people think:

Congress-person … nope, there are male and female congressmen.

Gentle-lady … nope, made up fricking word because there are gentlemen and ladies.

Flight Attendant … nope, they should be called a stewardess. There’s actually a good reason that women should be proud of the term stewardess: aircraft like boats share much of the same terminology except for stewards (male and female) which are instead called stewardesses for aircraft. This is because in the early days of flight it was only women who were willing to do the job and it was even thought they were better suited because they were less likely to develop motion sickness while moving throughout the craft during flight.

Undocumented workers … nope, they are illegal aliens.

Assault Weapon, pro choice, First Peoples, Person of Color, disadvantaged youth, … this could be quite the long list.
