re: Temu halts all shipping directly from China into the U.S.

People need to educate themselves on how much damage the likes of temu and Shein have done to small and regional businesses all in the drive to the bottom. It’s tough enough to compete with the big boxes but these companies simply flood the market and we’re using the postal services small value parcel pricing to crush all comers including the big boxes

The high standard of living Americans enjoy is a result of Chinese slave labor that results in lower costs to the consumer. I tell this to blacks and they seem to be ok with slavery. Although they do give me that confused cocked head dog look when I say it.
