Is this the same Ted Koppel who conducted a 70-minute interview with Sean Hannity and then only showed an edited 1-minute hit-piece version of it?
Is this the same Ted Koppel who narrated a 30-year retrospective on the Nightline interview with Jim and Tammy Faye Baker and compared those con artists and their followers to Trump and his supporters?

He is correct. So many of these beat reporters and investigative journalists see themselves as "being on the correct side of history" and think that they are part of a valiant cause.
At the same time however they are not "making stuff up." This is where the right gets carried away. The MSM may go after Trump way harder than Obama and attack Trump and coddle Obama, but they aren't "making stuff up." Occasionally a source may intentionally mislead a reporter and the source isn't vetted well enough, and then the reporter has to deal with the consequences like the Buzz Feed goober a few weeks ago.
But anyone who thinks that the MSM is "making stuff up" out of thin air or just creating storylines in their heads, like a Russian troll farm, needs to have their head examined and may be on the schizo side.

Actually, he straight up told Brian Stelter that CNN would be in the shitter if it weren't for Trump and their incessant negative stories on him. That was a few months ago.

Jim Acosta said there was no crisis at the border because he went to one section of the wall in TX and said no one was trying to climb over. That's just one example of making shite up.

I'm not certain on the exact day, but I believe it was 2 days after Trump was inaugurated at the top front and center on CNN's homepage was an article about a Navy Seal's dead body being shipped home and the headline read "The First of Trump's Fallen Comes Home"...they were already blaming Trump for the death of a soldier in a war he had nothing to do with entering and less than a week after he had been in office.

People like dave intentionally ignore the fact that the media takes extreme liberties with their source info and never fact check them because the have an agenda. They think blaming the source is a valid excuse for not following the basic rules of journalism.

The problem is they lack the emotional stability to do their jobs. They take a series of facts, out of context quotes, and ridiculous assumptions, and create asinine narratives that only make sense to deluded progressives.
