If level 1 is getting mad at something benign, then level 2 would be getting mad at others for not getting mad at something benign. MAGA thinks that the only people who would ever criticize Trump are "deranged" or there's something functionally wrong with them, as if how else could anyone not think that Trump was the greatest thing ever.
