yep. i will just keep posting this every time he makes a post about this.
because you keep getting debunked yet you keep spewing the same BS over and over like the very quote above from you. you are a joke and never to be taken seriously again.
1) you are fine with us losing jobs in certain sectors and never trying to gain any back.
2) you are fine with other countries dumping on us hurting us even more price wise and business wise.
3) you hate tariffs even if used as a negotiating tool to get better trade deals.
4) you wanted all our tariffs and protections dropped but were fine with others gouging us.
5) you said tariffs were bad for us but it was ok for others since they help other countries protect products.
6) you are fine with all our trade deficits
in conclusion: you are a functional retard.

No I realize that BUT you are too stupid to realize that if they had another choice right now they would take it putting us at the end of the line.
They still have not bought them but it does look like they will have too some time. In the meantime US farmers wait to sell them behind the Brazilians and Argentinas.

My family worked for a very large Chinese company for the better part of a decade. Their response to the tariffs...frick China! Their economy grew due to cheap labor, corporate/state espionage, monetary/market manipulation, and virtually non-existent environmental regulations. Their economy has been propped up for the last decade by domestic construction on an unprecedented scale (30-50% of GDP depending on the year). China is attempting to save face but the reality is, they cannot continue this trade war with the US in the short term. Their economy, outside of US exports, is a paper Tiger. Once the "Silk Road " trade route is running at 100% (and Europe is under the heel of the Chinese trade wise), then they will be able to to so effectively. That, however, is not now. It also is important to note that with tariffs between the US and Europe being greatly reduced, that will slow China's march into the European economy. Lastly, the Spratly Islands and control of that particular trade route is quite important. Expect Trump to use it as leverage at some point as this progresses. If we allow China to bully us, then shame on US. FWIW, part of my concern is a high level of respect that I hold China in. My .02.

How many farmers do you know personally? I'm not talking about 300 acre bean farmers, I'm talking about guys who own 5,000 - 15,000 acres. I know lots of them. They aren't concerned over this shite nearly as much as folks like you are.

The only times I've ever called someone to be banned is when they posted some of the most disgusting and hateful shite on this site. The OP has not done that.
If you can't debate the OP or even want to, you have no business calling for him to be banned like a pussy.

And the answer is the same.
You have yet to retort any of my responses with any intelligence.
Where are the BLS stats to back up your first assertion for example?
Do you have links to any numbers showing our economy has declined since we started trading with China?
I absolutely hate tariffs.
I said tariffs were bad for us and bad for other countries but that we are naive to think we can stop tariffs in other countries. I said subsidies were bad too and I said we should take advantage of any country that subsidies commodities they sell to us.
Of course I am fine with trade deficits. They are a sign of rich, vibrant economy. You have yet to explain why trade deficits are bad. You have yet to explain why during the depression we had a trade surplus. You have yet to explain what countries we presently have trade surplus with.
Those are pretty basic things one would think you would know given your position n the issue. You do not know and you are scared to investigate it because you will find the basic premise of your position is wrong.

These tariffs are a theft tax and the US has more leverage with a strong economy and the Chinese economy is not doing so well right now.
Well, we pay the cost of tariffs.
I don't really have an issue with people who claim trump is bluffing but most here think tariffs are a good thing, which is nonsense.
A few even believe trade with China should be cut off

Holy Toilet Paper Mill......
Good thing you are not using writing paper cause you would have cut down 2 trees for your Doctorate paper on the Toilet Paper Mill......
The US can win this fight with crooked China if we are not whimps.......

They're not a good thing.
They're just simply a necessary thing to confront China on their thieving tactics that's a national security threat to the United States.

Lots and have been involved in growing beans myself.
I agree they are not concerned and the reality is that the Chinese tariffs were not the reason of the price decline and that a bean is a bean regardless of where it is grown.
US farmers should understand that the only way US beans will go to China is when the Brazilians have inventory is at a discount. They can, of course, go to other markets.
The posters here declaring is some kind of Trump victory are naive.
It was chicken s*** for Trump to give them that welfare citing tariff impacts BTW>

Well, imposing tariffs are more like bombing yourself.
Trade deficits aren't really a major problem for the USA. Also, tariffs aren't going to stop the theft of intellectual property

They're a theft tax with the added leverage of a strong american economy and Chinese economy that's not doing well right now.

Good thing there are like 5 billion Chinamen to feed. Also, I don't get the sudden bitching about "ag welfare". That shite has been going on forever. Hell, if you're honest in regards to having knowledge of farming, you know there are years when the government pays them more NOT to farm the ground versus putting seed in it.
Why all of sudden all the righteous indignation over the handout?
Posted on 8/8/18 at 8:36 pm to geauxbrown
I have always oppose farm welfare. It is not a new position for me.
What is appropriate now is criticism of Trump for creating new additional farm welfare because of his trade war.

Just curious if you know what happened to cause the initial delays?
I’m almost positive that the delay came from obtaining environmental permits to use the Ouachita river as a water source for the mill.
