SCOTUS exists to prevent federal judges from trying to overtake the executive branch. There's 2 ways this ends up either Trump has a strong argument and the courts are forever clipped or the judicial branch will remain stronger than the executive branch. Essentially this is what Dems want because while we vote on congress and president they want this because congress appoints these judges. Once these judges are in place if they can rule over the executive branch on anything then they're the shot callers. That way no matter what party change or switch in ideology the status quo is upheld.

pretty simple to tie up the loot for years. Just take out a criminal complaint of fraud against each of the boards of these associations. Let them bear the cost of law fare. and risk jail time
