May Ann Marsh (adviser to John Kerry) said the investigation into Russia began in "spring" 2015 and that Obama received briefings in June 2015. She also said "There was already plenty of evidence of coordination and conversations between Trump and Russia."
So, it's clear this thing did not start with Page or Papa, so why is the FBI lying?

I've heard her say this before. She said it on Judge Jeanine's show months ago (the 2015 thing). She is a close adviser of John Kerry, so I suspect she has inside info.
If what she says is true, it's big, and we need to get to the bottom of it.

If the Russians really were trying to influence our elections and we knew that early on you would think the Obama Administration would have warned the candidates....

Exactly. I want to know what information they had that showed "Russia" was interfering. Interfering how? What were they doing in 2015 18 months before the election?
It sounds to me that they were relying on dubious NSA wire intercepts.

Trump announced in June of 2015 if they were investigating him prior to that why did Obama not just call him in or have someone pay him a visit and layout what they had?
