Yep. It was supposed to be the last domestic flight into the airport. I'm not even sure why it would take off with Kabul as the destination. Domestic flights have been halted for hours.

Kabul is a long way from about everywhere. Long flight times.
Saying that, it seems they would want some more capacity for outbound traffic which another jet would bring.
