The emotions are high defending Talarico because he is a dem, and a vote for Paxton goes against the establishment that are sore Cornyn lost.

If it really happened the way he and his staff claimed, and they knew he was going to be out of commission for a few days, they would have put out a press release announcing it. But instead, the "explanation" came after the fact and only after people started asking where he was.
But, the loonies here will continue to ignore the fact that a candidate disappearing for 13 days 4-6 weeks before a general election is bizarre. It doesn't take 2 weeks to recover from the "flu," especially if you never had it to start with.
Boy, the Establishment Republican Cornyn-types here are so hoping that Talafreako wins. It's obvious.

Only reason you send someone in Talaricos position to a mental health hospital is because of attempted suicide, or he was at great risk of attempted suicide.
