This is what being a democrat has come to mean -- admit to all you’re far left, insane beliefs in the primary and then lie your fricking arse off in a general election. This is why the Democrat party didn’t want to have a primary in 2024. In the primary, every candidate would’ve had to admit that they wanted all the illegals that Joe Biden illegally shipped in to be eligible for every fricking welfare plan (including Medicare) that they could possibly fricking think of. And then, of course, would’ve had to “evolve“ in the general and say that they didn’t really mean that and that it was taken out of context (see, e.g., that extreme Muslim fricking terrorist running for Senate in Michigan).

And if you have any doubt about that, remember the 2020 Democratic national debate where they were all asked to raise their hand if their government health care plans would provide coverage for illegals - and they all raised their hand. Very shortly thereafter, every candidate dropped out of the election, leaving only Joe "the f*cking Dementia-riddled vegetable" Biden standing even though Joe Biden was losing his fricking arse off with the voters. The Democrat establishment realized that they could no longer have a real primary where candidates had the state their positions and voters actually got a fricking choice because their entire fricking party had gone off the deep end of complete fricking leftist insanity. Only by lying their fricking asses off in a general election would they ever have a fricking chance.

GOP activists and primary donors because they nominated Paxton and failed to get a better candidate to run. They should've ignored Trump's endorsement and/or gotten a better candidate to run in the primary from the start. That's on them.
