Republicans are not guilty of racial gerrymandering and democrats are for they know how a particular race will vote. Racial gerrymandering is going down, bruh!!
Heck, you should be so excited knowing these racial gerrymandered districts are coming undone. After all, the races for which those districts were gerrymandered are leaving the democrats in droves.
But don't worry, the democrats will gerrymander for the LGBTQPEDO crowd for we all know the LGBTQPEDO's loves them some democrats.

The only reason Kagan ruled the way she did was to get this in front of SCOTUS from the standpoint of how it effects California. After all, either SCOTUS is political or they like eating at the French Laundry when on the left coast.
If she knew the racial gerrymandering was going to be upheld, she would not have sent this to SCOTUS.
