Be honest about why they're doing this, just once.
They prefer the merits to work through lower courts except in real emergencies.
This isn’t one of those. Probably that simple.

Was it anti American when every other president did the exact same thing? What are your thoughts when that happened with Biden and Obama?
I swear some of you don’t understand how shite works at all.

Quit being stupid.
Here is the story on the SCOTUSBlog. SCOTUSblog.
The judge issued a TRO that will expire on Feb. 26. Judges prefer to let this case work its way through the courts instead of creating a rocket docket of sorts for TRO appeals.
In other words, this decision is more about procedure than a substantive question of law.

With a bit of help, even a Stetson Law grad in the bottom half of the class can get a TRO.
Again, this is the problem. Any dumbass can block the authority of the president.
Apparently, lawyers are the only people lacking the competency to see how retarded the system they obediently defend is.

I actually agree with far more of Trump's policies than those I oppose. My problem with him as President is that he thinks he is running the Trump Organization (with very few limits upon his ability to act unilaterally) and not the government of the United States (with MANY such limits).
If he could shelve the ADHD and show a bit of patience, I suspect he would accomplish more in the long term.

Happy to have you back. Actual discussion is probably more rare now than ever before on this board
