I am willing to bet that the Stacey Abrams dog washer with the backpack wasn’t even from the state of Georgia.
Because Stacey isn’t from Georgia either.
But this person likely didn’t grasp the concept of manners. Probably from Chicago, Baltimore or DC..

I took no pictures at all. I found the bus picture on the internet, but that's defnitely it. The bus was running the entire time - which I understand is a standard operating procedure, but it was loud and smelly. The downtown area we were touring is very small, hard to get away from it.
