If I am not mistaken Q said that there would be a lot of booms per say leading up to the [ ] countdown. Have to believe that these last few days with the things we are finding out will help lead to when D day is here. All of these facts we are learning make believe 100% that Barr is about to wreck shite up.

Many said that about Sessions early on, and Barr is an establishment politician. I hope you’re right, though; I’ll just have to see to believe.

From your lips to God's ears; but what did the grand jury do? Say, 'hey McCabe you can take a break and go promote your book and talk about an ongoing investigation in public and on especially CNN'.

McCabe was essentially referred to DC (Liu), but his fate is really dependent on #3 report from the OIG. It will take a strong case with evidence to take them down and I believe Ohr is that evidence.

What was #2 and what is #3.

#1 was Hillary Clinton e-mail investigation right? Lisa said that the Obama administration told them not to prosecute...somehow that wasn't in the #1 report...and doesn't give me much hope about #2 and #3.

I can agree on the Clinton investigation, that ship has sailed. FISA investigation is a whole different ballgame. There is a paper trail.

Yeah. I’d like to know who is leaking this stuff, and why now when it happened last summer? What was the trigger?

Barr? End of Meuller?

#2 is “Election Activity”

#3 is “Fisa Abuse”

DOJ Official Bruce Ohr is likely still employed for the same reason the dispatch of Peter Strzok and James Baker was delayed prior to the finalization of IG report #2. The OIG and INSD (inspection division) can only reach those still inside the system. On the narrow issue of how the DOJ and FBI assembled, handled and used the FISA application (and subsequent Title-1 surveillance warrant), against the Trump campaign and officials therein, Bruce Ohr is a key and central witness for the OIG . Mr. Ohr has testified that he was interviewed by IG Horowitz about his role in assembling the information that was later used in gaining a FISA Title-1 surveillance warrant without following the Woods Procedure.

If all of this had happened under President Trump's DOJ and FBI, how many death penalties for Trump would satisfy the MSM.

I'm thinking they would want Trump electrocuted and his corpse shot and hanged.

It’s a legit Woods violation

quote:

There are strict rules requiring that each and every fact presented in an FBI request to electronically spy on a U.S. citizen be extreme-vetted for accuracy — and presented to the court only if verified. There’s no dispute that at least some, if not a great deal, of information in the anti-Trump “Steele dossier” was unverified or false. Former FBI director James Comey testified as much himself before a Senate committee in June 2017. Comey repeatedly referred to “salacious” and “unverified” material in the dossier, which turned out to be paid political opposition research against Donald Trump funded first by Republicans, then by the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign. Presentation of any such unverified material to the Federal Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court to justify a wiretap would appear to violate crucial procedural rules, called “Woods Procedures,” designed to protect U.S. citizens. Yet Comey allegedly signed three of the FISA applications on behalf of the FBI. Deputy Director Andrew McCabe reportedly signed one and former Attorney General Sally Yates, then-Acting Deputy Attorney General Dana Boente and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein each reportedly signed one or more

This. And the OIG can make criminal referrals, but only for people they had access to (still employed).

I’d bet the more serious crimes are inaccessible to the OIG.

That is what I’m saying. Ohr is still employeed. He will allow the OIG to make a referral which will allow Barr to initiate a Special Council.

So this is key. If there is no special counsel, there’s no intent to go after anyone for anything other than the lying or leaking they already have.

Eyes on you Barr.....
