Okay. Let's say you're right on this. Tell me what it means to me today, and how it will affect my future. Give it to me straight. What should I be doing now?

To believe the Controllers/Inheritors narrative (Temporary buildings for World's Fairs??) strains all credulity, critical thinking, and most of all -- common sense.

Yet, you have not demonstrated critical thinking nor common sense.

Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING that you have said about this subject, is all regurgitation from a handful irreputable websites and your skills at the cut and paste.

You have zero evidence outside of what you've 'read on the internet."

YOU, sir...ARE A CLOWN.

You're posting over on UFO and Alien threads -- and you have the gall to come over here and call *me* out for "zero evidence"?? "Cut & paste"? "Lacking critical thinking skills"?

Hilarious.

From the same poster whose dying on the hill over at Flying Saucer-ville?!? Asserting your "evidence " and "critical thinking skills back over to your "muh-Aliens-are-coming!" thread?

Can't make it up.

Liberator, you're one of those who believe "everything you were taught is a lie."

Enadious, most everything told by your Overlords IS a "Lie." Including the obvious ruse of "Aliens" that you actually believe is true -- the ironically "regurgitated" comedy-bits claimed BY Area 51 Gubmint Jokesters.

It doesn't surprise me you've been duped by a young adult science fiction story coupled with photos on the internet. It does sadden me though. Because you're obviously bright. But, you are misdirected.

THAT is great parody. You finished with a flourish! My bad, bruh.

The Chicago World's Fair attendance numbers -- have you seen what's claimed??

Supposedly, One in four of EVERY person in the US population quit or left their job OR vacations to Chicago -- just to travel to THIS fair??

HOW in the world does this make ANY logistical OR logical sense?

I think it was calculated to abut 150,000 PER DAY!! (Where did they lodge? Who fed them? How did they travel there enmass??)

panic of 1893

"The Panic of 1893
The Populists' criticism of corrupt eastern elites seemed to be justified in the financial crisis that began in early May 1893. On 3 May a trust that controlled the production and sale of twine declared bankruptcy. The announcement triggered a panic on the stock market, particularly among companies that had indulged in overproduction and investors who had engaged in speculation and profiteering. By the end of the year, 642 banks had collapsed, wiping out their depositors' savings, and about 16,000 individual businesses failed. As many as one in five people in a working population of 15 million was without a job. The railroad sector was particularly hard hit, with over 150 companies holding 30,000 miles of track and worth an estimated $2.5 billion going bankrupt in the first year of the financial crisis alone.

In the absence of state relief programs for the unemployed, many looked to the federal government for help. At least 17 workers' marches on Washington occurred in 1894, including the one led by Jacob Sechler Coxley."

Wouldn't a reasonable person assume that repeat visits were being counted as new visits in those numbers?

Wow, your reading comprehension is at a low level too. Because, what I have posted there is all anti alien. I posted on this thread too and don't support your position. Duh-uh.

In 1893, Chicago's population was 1.1 million. So certainly there were many repeat Chicagoans in attendance. The fair was huge, covering nearly 700 acres (about 6.5X the size of Disney's Magic Kingdom). On a busy day, the Magic Kingdom sees 120K visitors. The Chicago World's Fair brought in about 145K/day, i.e., about 1/6th the density of a busy MK day, and only about 1/2 the density of the MK on its lightest day. People traveled from all parts of the globe to see it. The Westinghouse lighting demos alone were an international phenomenon.

Here is the 1893 Rand McNally Handbook Guide to the Chicago World's Fair. It has maps, exhibit discussions, hotel recommendations, where to catch a bath if desired, dining, etc. It's included in its entire 232 pages. A great piece of contemporary history.

So earthquakes and other natural disasters are to blame for the complete eradication of these Romanesque structures on North American soil or were they torn down intentionally? Which is it?

That would depend on whether you're talking Chicago 1871 vs 1894, or Galveston 1900 or San Francisco 1906.

I've been addressing the World's Fair questions (1893-94).

I'll play devil's advocate. The claim, albeit fantastical, is that these structures were built with wood and stucco - hence how they were built so rapidly and conversely torn down just as quickly and with ease.

Is there any historical proof to verify that historical claim?

Nevermind the claim that all of these grand structures built to such immense and exquisite specifications were meant only to be torn down again within a span of 6 months time. That just seems like utter rubbish.

"I'll pay these workers millions of dollars (assuming) only to tear everything down all for naught." Am I missing something here?
