You are completely ignorant in this matter regarding legacy costs, fixed costs and bonded indebtedness. It shows.

I am not Lionel. I do not work in any capacity, volunteer or otherwise, on the incorporation effort. I do not personally know anyone who works in any capacity on the incorporation effort. My only association is as a citizen of the future City of St. George and signer of the petition.

Oh, you mean like hurrying up and signing another long-term refuse removal contract before incorporation can happen?

No it doesn't. It only indicates that you will call him a racist for saying it, like you have.

Why do you keep resorting to name-calling? Are you 12?

Calling you 'dumbass' is not name calling. It's a description.

Not a single commercial property of the largest 10 property taxpayers in East Baton Rouge Parish is domiciled within the SG area. Page 487 I have noticed a definite pattern that people who live in and support the SG incorporation talk out their arse when it comes to taxes and budgets and they hope no one calls them on it.

Let's review the list you linked

1) Exxon-Mobil may no longer own property in SG, but would you call Exxon-Mobil a commercial property when most of their properties are industrial? I wouldn't if I wanted to be accurate.
2)Entergy does own property in SG, and I wouldn't call Entergy a commercial property owner either. Entergy is a utility company.
3)Ga.Pacific last I looked they had a large paper mill in the parish. I wouldn't call them a commercial property either. They are a paper mill.
4) JP Morgan Chase is a commercial property, and I do believe they own branch banks all over the parish including branches in St. George. I stand to be corrected, I do believe they rent office space in downtown BR from Wampold.
5)Bell South is another utility with sites all over the parish including St. George.
6) State Farm is an insurance company. I am surprised they made this list, but I'll give you that one because I really do not know what they own or where they own it.
7) Wal-Mart now we have a real commercial, retail property owner in the truest sense of the word and btw Wal-Mart has several properties inside St. George. I count stores in Siegen Place, on Burbank, on O'neal Lane, and on Coursey Blvd. But you probably don't get out into the "slums" so you didn't know that.
8) Capital One and once again we have a bank, a bank with outlets throughout the parish including in St. George.
9) Formosa Plastics another industrial property owner.
10) Higman Barge Lines, certainly not a commercial property owner, right?

I have noticed a definite pattern too. You try to scare people with half truths, and spin.

For instance you said;
quote:

Not a single commercial property of the largest 10 property taxpayers in East Baton Rouge Parish is domiciled within the SG area.
You are right that none of these corporations are domiciled in St. George, and in fact neither none of these corporations are domiciled in EBR Parish, and not many in the State of Louisiana.

You would also be correct in saying the ten largest property tax payers in EBR Parish aren't domiciled in EBR Parish.

My point is who is talking out their arse now?
