There is a very simple solution. Release the recorded conversation. The fact that King neither initially denied the quote, nor asked for release of the entire transcript/recording is telling IMO.

That's what the man said and you won't accept it. You are part of the problem here.

WHERE is your outrage over the Anti Semitism and hatred of the Left?

Well, I would not characterize my response to King as “outrage,” but my views on anti-Semiticism are probably the same place as yours .. forefront.

The fact that the transcript nor the entire recording has not been made available can be pretty telling too.

Amazing you don’t give King the benefit of the doubt. You know...since you are so independent and objective.

It is king who is saying that he didn't say what he said.

Why hasn't he asked for the audio to be released?

Sounds like he didn't say anything wrong then. Just another fake-journalist hit piece against the right.

If tapes of the interview back him up, then McCarthy should absolutely come to his defense. You can't run scared from the commie left.

Steve King has a history of saying very stupid shite. He hasn't earned the benefit of the doubt.

I have been watching the man for years. He lost the “benefit of the doubt” some time ago ... along with the equally-reprehensible players at the other end of the spectrum.

There isn't enough of a Klan anymore to say there is one. And when there WAS one , it was made up of Democrats that hated Republicans.

I have no opinion on King. Even the way he characterized it, it was a dumb statement. Especially in this political atmosphere. I was simply being a hero hank to hero hank. Pointing out the folly in his schtick.

He's certainly no worse than the leading candidate for President on the Democrat side. Good Ol' Mr. "They Want to Put You All Back In Chains"...surely you all remember him?? If that's not a racist statement what is?

You support racists on the Left, why should anyone care about your opinion?
