There are people like Garland that deserve a come-uppance and probably many in the FBI/ DOJ that need to be fired...

I think the best thing Trump can do is appoint a bunch of Judges from the SCOTUS on down, whereever he has the chance, and make sure these judges he appoints are fierce about going after prosecutorial over reach. I'm talking about Judges that will sanction and disbar leftist DAs that Soros has funded in cities all across the country for their over reach...

Plus, no matter what Q threads you’ve been reading, there is zero chance the DOJ violated federal law. You will never win this.

At the risk of many downvotes- and nothing to do with Q

It is hard to argue law fare and a crime for a prosecution that resulted in a conviction

Even for a plea as that is an admission of guilt.

For those charged and the appellate process reversed I think lawfare charges and malicious prosecution are arguable

It’s justice, not revenge. No reckoning and the rat bastards on the left will never learn fear of consequence. They have operated with impunity far to long.

frick that....actions have consequences. DO NOT let them get away with all that they have done. There is a difference between going after people simply because they don't like you, vs going against people that have committed crimes, up to possibly treason.

It’s not revenge. It’s cleaning out those who would go against their country for their own political gain. He is the swamp.

That group sent 2 shooters for trump after they couldn't figure out how to put him in jail. They spent 4 years putting as many trump folks through it. There needs to be a reckoning.

There needs to be some real accountability for their crimes or the dirty rats will do it again and again.

In that case they will do it again when they are next in power. We must show them the consequences.

This is the correct answer.

No. A message needs to be sent. It's not about revenge. It's about making people think hard before engaging in lawfare.

So?

That's not the point.

Trump didn't break the law either. At least not any law that actually ever gets enforced. Which is why his convictions will get overturned on appeal.

But, he had to show up to court, pay lawyers to defend him, etc., etc. It's the old Scientology strategy. The harassment is the point, not being found guilty.

And if they don't return force for force, the Democrats will do it again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again.

Your problem is in referring to it as “revenge.” That’s not what this is.

Generally, I'm all for being conciliatory towards legitimate and honorable political opponents but Garland is definitely not one of those. I say string him up.

At the end of the day, he spent most of his tenure tied up in things to keep Trump out of office, and he failed. The fact he hasn’t been fired means his boss is ok with his performance. His next boss shouldn’t be.
