it's ironic that Trumpkins of all people are supporting the justice most likely to condone government spying and defend/excuse prosecutorial misconduct

I must have missed where I had any input on the nomination. I suppose I could complain...or I could be happy Hillary isn’t picking the nominee

Amash is the heir to Ron Paul, not Rand.

Metadata is not exactly the same as wiretapping an opposing presidental campaign. Just saying.

The fight against the state spying is probably that toughest of all swamp fights.

this is a very critical time for USSC jurisprudence over policing in our technological age. the cases that will define our rights in this new world will be ripe during his time on the bench. it's a terrible pick for people who want to reign in the police state we currently live in

I agree with you, but I don't know if there is a potential pick that is perfect.

Every person mentioned had a few questionable opinions and decisions.

Minutes before Trump's announcement, Kavanaugh was unanimously this board's least favorite candidate (and for good reason in my opinion).

And now everybody's loving the guy.

I trust the opinion of Amash, Rand, and Massie over anybody else in politics. If any of them are skeptical, it generally gives me reason to be.
