Biden won't debate Trump. They'll find any excuse to get out of it. The D leadership all know if there is a debate, he'll be done.
My guess is that the "second wave" coronavirus talk is happening now to set up the reason why the debates and Trump's rallies can't be allowed.

I have some news for you...this isn't going to end. They have too much invested to stop now so i expect it to get worse leading up to the election. They HAVE to prevent Trump from being elected. They HAVE to prevent Flynn from going free...every event is tied together with the same players involved.
