If some space trash breaches the hull the cabin may depressurize/lose oxygen.

Well it will be moving at about 17,000 miles per hour or more, so there is that. It would make the explosion from shooting a watermelon with a high powered rifle look tame in comparison.

99.99999999% chance it was space junk. Your tin foil hat is wearing a tin foil hat to believe this was aliens.

I’m thankful for those that can actually think, like Thine, and scorn those trying to eliminate thought like you

Hope your vax(you’re obviously a sheep who took the jab!) reacts in a wildly negative way for you!!!

Space junk is a huge problem but less so for communication satellites due to equal orbits

They are also collecting space junk now, too

Anyway that's undoubtedly what this was and it's a pretty boring story

Odd because it is hard to fathom that they would make a mistake like this. Unless the intercepting object changed course (and was not in a fixed orbit...)
Oh, yes. That has to be the answer.

Someone has to make up for your shortcomings.

Pointing out the obvious isn't scorn. Space Junk is one of the primary problems with our near earth space travel. Aliens are not.

Well that's hateful and it's odd you describe your false opinion as obvious.

Nothing you said is accurate or can be presented as a valid opinion. I award you no points and my god have mercy on your soul.

It just continues. Space traffic is facing continual jams due to debris. A loose bolt or washer nut orbiting at near 28,000 km/hour could destroy any spacecraft.

I was a space ops officer in the USAF back in the day. There are tons of "debris" and other things (even a wayward glove) orbiting our planet. Over 99% is cataloged and tracked. I can hardly imagine how much is up there now. If it weren't for the vastness of space you'd have many more of these stories.
