A Korea is legit maybe our greatest ally in the world. They are incredibly grateful for our role in the war and know they'd all be speaking Chinese if we didn't intervene or N Korea would constantly be attacking them.

Korea end Japan are amazingly our most loyal compatriots and greatest fiends in the world.

What they get is that this is the perfect way to deal with Trump. They’ll do fine and ultimately come out ahead. A lot of these world leaders just aren’t that smart.

Not even 100 years removed from Pearl Harbor or the torture inflicted on captured Americans. Hard pass on this

I've been to SK 3 times for over a month each....I have a good feel of their culture.

They are by far the toughest group of people I have met..once you hear the sirens go off in Seoul for an air raid drill, shite gets real fast.

They party hard and love US music / culture...but Mother of God, are they hard people. Toughest negotiaters ever..

Also,Japan and SK actually believe in honor still...I'm not surprised they are accepting tariffs.

BTW, it's the non tariffs that frick US goods...they have more rules than any Asian market besides Chinese.

If the Bulge had worked and Germany bought time, they would have been nuked.

What are some of their tactics that make them so hard to negotiate with?

An incredibly awesome and rare show of recognition and respect. Maybe they can pressure Hyundai to "un-woke" itself too.

They never ever, budge on numbers..you have to always threaten to end negotiations, then they say, oh wait, let's talk.

They never engage in good faith deals, they always want to get the better deal. Who doesn't, right...but it gets old , on simple things to have to fight tooth and nail.

I've stopped working with them...Israeli's are next..almost as bad...they treat Americans like we're all Bill Gates...think we grow money on trees.

Always pull, we're a small country shite, small economy, etc.. they think we're all 1%s.

They party fricking hard!

I work for a korean company and I always tell people in contract negotiations that I'll just have 1000 Korean lawyers run a train on them if they frick me and then we'll drink Soju bombs after with no hard feelings.

That's the thing with SK..they do forgive and forget when it comes time to party.

If things went really bad or tough, I'd always bring up South Korean soccer players in Europe...

Buy some shots, and BOOM, all was well.

1000 SK lawyers would destroy the World.

If they can't defend themselves on their own against the North Koreans and Chinese, they don't deserve to have their own country.

frick those freeloaders, bring our troops home now.
