Say what you will about NASCAR banning the Confederate flag, there is no place for this kind of thing. Just totally despicable and uncalled for. I am surprised that someone was able to do such a thing given the restricted access to the infield due to COVID-19 restrictions.

I don't think NASCAR would say it if it weren't true. NASCAR doesn't want the negative publicity that comes with this, and neither does Talladega Superspeedway.
