Oh really? I have to get the flu shot. My employer, the local hospital, mandates that I get one.

I play this flu shot game every year with the wife . Shes a RN and is required to get one and thus gets my kids one . Every year they get sick and I dont . Shots get you sick , just saying.

That's when I started taking them and haven't missed one since. After 9/11 all of that anthrax was showing up in envelopes and stuff. Anthrax symptoms are similar to flu symptoms. I delayed getting mine this year because the season went so late last year and they only last like 120 days. I will get one over the next several weeks. Hopefully, this year's vaccine will be better coverage for the prevalent strain unlike last year where they missed badly. I don't know of any reason for anyone not to get one unless you have experienced a reaction in the past.

My wife has to get one because she works in a hospital. Last year she got the flu anyway.
I never get the shot and I never get the flu because during flu season when I'm around other people I NEVER touch my face with my hands until I can wash them.
