we never get one and we never have the flu....other people make you sick, so stay out of the doctors office....never use anyone else's pen, use a paper towel to open doors and never use anyone else's phone....wash hands after handling money and don't hold babies, they got all kinds of shite

If I happen to be near somewhere where they are free and its convenient I would get one. Otherwise I'm gonna go ahead and proceed as I always have and not worry about it.

Last time I got one I got sick as shite, and the shots don’t cover all the strains anyway.

Hospitals require all of their clinical staff get flu shots. If you don’t you can be terminated. Thats enough for me.

My company requires everyone to get one.

Had one a few years ago and I'm pretty sure it was the first I ever had. Didn't make much of a difference. I'm not planning on getting another one.

I will be getting one and I don't want your infected arse sneezing on me. Stay home when you catch the flu!

but I think the word is out that THIS flu will be deadly.

That's exactly the opposite of what I heard on the news a few days ago. Said it wasn't going to be as bad as last year's killer flu. That shite put about 240 people to rest, forever, here in Ark. Some doctors weren't even letting patients come to the office. Called in their medication. and nicely told them to stay away.

Just because my immune system has never let it in to wreak havoc doesn't mean I can't help spread it via door handle to someone elderly or very young or someone who for one reason or another is unable to vaccinate themself.

And how exactly would a flu shot prevent this from happening?

That's exactly the kind of response the government has been developing for the last decade. Here, just let us inject you with something every year and don't ask questions. Why would anyone have a problem with that?

I already got it since I was in for a regular check up. It’s one of those things that typically get when its conveniently available but don’t usually go out of my way, unless when say my wife is pregnant so I don’t want to increase their risk from me.
