So where are all of these "credible threats" against DC?

I'm somewhat active on conservative media and websites and I'm still trying to find these specific threats of violence aimed at DC.
Prior to to 1/20 there was a fake flyer circulating on Parler briefly calling for action on each of the State capitols on 1/20. Which, as we all know, never transpired.
From what I have seen other than that, crickets.
What is the real reason our capitol is setup like a border checkpoint in a warzone?

It’s all propaganda under the pretext of causing division in our country.
It also allows government, FBI, etc... to build a case against conservatives to disarm us.
Because, juuuust under the surface, seething with rage, are all these crazy white people with guns who hate minorities.
In reality, the only thing we hate is a government that would steal our voice only to lead us on a path to socialism

Thankfully, the quick thinking powerbrokers saw the threat in time and stopped it and have since squelched it. But don’t you worry, it’s sitting right below the surface, ready to pounce. You wait and see, threat is real.

This is all fluff and misses the real issue. They are stirring the pot to invoke rage. Some call it a honeypot or setting a trap, but at the end of the day it’s all psychological warfare. Everyone has a weakness or a fault, which is then used or weaponized against them to achieve a goal. The question is how or why would such a thing be justified?
